ReachLink Account Deletion Policy

At ReachLink, we prioritize your privacy and provide the ability to delete your account and associated data. Below are the steps to request the deletion of your account, the types of data involved, and our retention policies.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

  1. Email us at hello@reachlink.com and type in the subject field "Delete Account". If you have trouble, our support team will assist you.

Types of Data Deleted

  • Personal Information: your name, email address, and other identifying information.
  • User-Generated Content: all data you submitted or created within the app.
  • Usage Data: logs, settings, and other app-related data specific to your account.

Data Retained and Retention Periods

  • Legal Requirements: certain information such as financial records may be retained for the duration required by law.
  • Operational Necessities: support communications may be retained for mandated periods to ensure compliance.

Full Deletion of All Other Data

All other information that is not legally required to be retained will be permanently deleted from our systems once the account deletion process is complete.
