ReachLink accepts most national insurance plans including Aetna, United Healthcare, Oscar, and more. To find out if your specific plan is covered, please contact one of our Care Coordinators for a verification of benefits (VOB) at (833) 322-0977.
For out-of-pocket clients, there is no limit on the number of sessions you can receive. For clients using insurance, coverage typically includes one session per week. For more information, please call us at (833) 322-0977.
ReachLink works with a range of licensed mental health professionals, including Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs). Our providers offer talk therapy and do not provide medication management.
Yes! ReachLink does accept self-pay clients. Please reach out to one of our Care Coordinators to find out more about our self-pay rates and options at (833) 322-0977.
Unfortunately, ReachLink does not accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time. We are actively exploring options to be able to accept these plans in the future. If you have questions about alternative coverage options, please contact our Care Coordination team.
